Made to order
If you commission me to make something to order or order an item which is not currently in stock, then it can take a little longer to make and dispatch. Please allow up to three weeks, or contact me if you have a more urgent requirement and I will do my best to help if possible.
Paypal is my payment method of choice but I will also accept cheques. Note that you do not need to have an account with Paypal to make a payment online using your credit or debit card. Please contact me if you wish to pay by cheque.
My handcrafted jewellery comes wrapped in tissue paper and in a gift box. It will be posted in a padded envelope which may be re-used, although the other packaging is always new.
Postage is charged according to the order value. Orders will be sent by the Royal Mail service appropriate to the value of the item/s, either Recorded or Special Delivery.
Items which are in stock will be dispatched within three working days (usually sooner). Commissioned and made to order items can take up to three weeks to be dispatched.
Please let me know immediately if your item/s fail to arrive or are damaged in transit and I will contact the carrier for information. Please note that I will require any items damaged in transit to be returned for insurance reasons.
I am very happy to accept international orders. Please note that Paypal is the only payment method accepted for overseas sales.
I hope that you are delighted with your jewellery, however if you wish to return it for any reason please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it to arrange return and a refund or replacement. Returns must be made using the same method of postage as they were sent and costs must be covered by the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a fault or mistake on my part.
I will try my best to replace the item although, due to the unique nature of some of the components, an exact replica may not be possible and you may prefer a refund.
Postage and packing fees are not refundable.
Please note that specially commissioned items cannot be returned after the design has been approved by the customer.
Due to EU Hygiene Regulations, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds will be made by the same method as your original payment. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Every effort is made to accurately depict the colour of items but please note that pictures may have been taken under different lighting conditions and colours may also vary between monitors.
The information that you provide to me is only used to process your order and this information will not be shared in any way. I do not disclose details of customers to any third party.
